I recently stayed at an amazing hostel in a former house, now called Auroras Friends. The location was perfect, with easy access to the city center and a bus stop nearby. The atmosphere felt like living in a friendly student house, and the common areas were great. The small kitchen was clean and well-equipped, and the huge common room had plenty of comfortable seating. The bedrooms were a bit unusual in appearance, but it didn't bother me. I appreciated that towels and bed linen were included, and everything was kept very clean, thanks to Miguel, our host. it was a welcoming and enjoyable experience.

The decoration of the hotel was quite charming and cozy, with beautiful artwork and Scandinavian touches that made me feel right at home. The general areas, such as the common room and kitchen, were spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained. As a senior woman, I really appreciated the accessibility of the hotel. The hallways and staircases were well-lit and easy to navigate, and there were plenty of seating areas throughout the hotel where I could rest and relax.

The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is a more personalized service from the staff. While the children working there were friendly and helpful, it would have been nice to have someone specifically designated to assist senior guests, such as offering assistance with luggage or providing information on nearby attractions that would be suitable for our age group.

I always choose the same place to stay in Tromso. At my first stay, the staff kindly helped me with directions. This place suits me perfectly with free Wi-Fi, free parking, shared kitchen, and laundry. I'll be back for my holiday.
